Brenda Roberts Obituary

Brenda Jean Roberts, 51 from Buxton, ME and Clinton, TN died December 26, 2018 after an Eight month stay at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Brenda was surrounded by her family when her beautiful soul joined the angels.

Brenda had an adventurous spirit and loved to bicycle, hike, sky dive,zip line, travel and just enjoy nature and all it had to offer. Brenda made friends were ever she was and always made an impact on their lives. Children gravitated towards her inviting personality and she enjoyed them immensely.

She was born in Rumford later moving to Buxton were she attended schools and graduated from Bonny Eagle High in 1985. Brenda moved to Missouri, California and eventually settled in Tennessee in the Sevierville/ Pigeon Forge area bought a home and work for Osh-Gosh/Carters for many years. She held the position of Manager and earned the title of Manager of the Year. Because of her health Brenda had to leave her full time management position to finally worked for Kirkland shortly before moving back to Maine where her family assisted Brenda in her brave fight to recover. In May Brenda was admitted in Mass General where she fought valiantly and in true Brenda style left a lasting and loving connection with the transplant staff and Doctors that enjoyed their daily interaction with her.

Brenda is survived by her father, Lawrence Roberts and step-mother, Janice of Buxton, ME mother, Roselle (Goguen) Larkin and step-father, Roger Larkin of Clinton, TN, brother, Richard Roberts and wife, Shellie of Jay, ME, sister, Christina Roberts and husband John St Pierre of Buxton, ME and her much loved fur babies.

A celebration of Life will be held at Seacoast Chapel 228 Buxton Road, Saco, ME on Saturday January 5th,10:00 - 11:00 visitation, 11:00 - 12:00 service, followed by a light lunch.
