James J. Winters

Winters, James “Jimmy”, 76, of Dorchester, passed away on May 21, 2018.  Son of the Late Elizabeth (Dow) Winters formerly of Roxbury. Brother of the late Donald J. Winters, Sr. formerly of Dorchester.  Jimmy leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Formerly employed by Stride Rite Corporation in Roxbury.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hour for Jimmy on Friday May 25th 2018 from 9am to 10am at Hamel, Wickens and Troupe Funeral Home, 26 Adams Street in Quincy.  Interment will follow the visiting hour at Mount Benedict Cemetery, 409 Corey Street in West Roxbury. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Jimmy’s name to the MSPCA, 350 S. Huntington Ave. Boston, MA 02130.
