Kavanagh, John J., 90, of Quincy, passed away on March 7, 2017.  John was born in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. He leaves behind his wife Ann Kavanagh of Quincy. His children Alice Golden and her husband Joe of Weymouth, Sandra Khirallah and her husband Ralph of Norwood and Sharon Lesher and her husband Larry of Natick.  John also leaves behind his eight grandchildren; James, Emily, Stephen, Jennifer, Jack, Timothy, Ella and Elizabeth. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Mass for John on Saturday March 11th at 11am at Saint Joseph Parish, 550 Washington Street, Quincy, MA 02169.  Interment following at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Randolph.  Visiting hours will be held at Lydon Chapel for Funerals, 644 Hancock St. in Quincy on Saturday March 11th from 9am to 10:30am prior to the Funeral Mass.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cure Alzheimer’s Fund, 34 Washington St. # 200, Wellesley Hills, MA 02481.
