Robert “Bo” Lundsgaard, son of the late John and Blanche Lundsgaard, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 24th, 2017.  He was surrounded by family in his sister’s home with the support of Hospice in Orleans on Cape Cod.  He is survived by his sister Karen Lundsgaard and her husband Ernest Falbo, sister Nadine Lundsgaard of St. Louis Missouri. Uncle of Jessica King and her husband Timothy King, Nicholas Falbo, Jonathan Devers, Jeffrey Devers, Jay Devers, Josh Devers, Jason Falbo and Chris Falbo. 

Bo worked many years in the trucking industry as a driver and a driving instructor.  He was an employee of J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. where he enjoyed many hours out on the open road.  In his retirement he enjoyed caring for his family’s and neighbors’ dogs, restoring bicycles, carpentry, restoring furniture, fishing, cycling, gardening and listening to music.  He was an avid car enthusiast and New England Patriots fan.  He had a deep love and respect for nature and animal life.

Visiting hours will be open to the public at Lydon Chapel for Funerals 644 Hancock St. Quincy, MA. on Sunday March 5, 2017 from 2-4pm.  Private burial service will be held at Blue Hill Cemetery at a later date.
