Minh Quang Duong 唐明

Minh Quang Duong, 71, of Quincy, Massachusetts, passed away surrounded by the love of his family.

Born and raised on a farm in China, Minh carried with him a lifelong appreciation for hard work, perseverance, and family. After coming to America, he worked as a cook and devoted his life to providing for those he loved. His family was always his greatest priority, and his proudest accomplishment was watching his children grow up and begin families of their own.

Minh was a generous and caring man whose quiet acts of love touched many people. He always made sure those around him were fed, and one of the ways he showed love was by asking family and friends if they wanted him to make fried rice. Sharing meals with others brought him joy and became one of the many ways people felt cared for in his presence.

He found happiness in tending to his garden, sharing simple moments over coffee at Dunkin' and Wendy's, and spending time with his family. He especially loved being with his grandchildren, Makayla, Emma, Ryan, and Caleb, and was excitedly looking forward to welcoming baby girl Duong, due in August.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Chan Hoa Chuong, and his five children: Cong, Ying, Linhah, Michael, and David. He will be remembered for his strength, dedication, kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family.

Minh's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
