Just stumbled upon this today, Mary was such a sweet woman and a good soul. I lost touch when I moved out of state sorry to say. I will keep her in my prayers and always remember her kind ways. I can still see her out in the front of her place rake in hand tidying up. She wore the tines off many a rake lol. Miss you Mary and my god bless you.

Bobby sorry for your loss. Mary Carr was a neighbor of ours, when we were kids she always opened her home to us with a plate of cookies and a glass of milk. She never forgot a name and always took the time to have a conversation. Every fourth of July I made it a point to stop by and say hello and she welcomed me in for a bite to eat. She was the sweetest woman who would greet you with a smile every time you walked by the house. May she rest in peace, I will keep her in my prayers.
