Christopher P. Goulet, Sr.

Christopher P. Goulet, Sr.

President, Owner/Funeral Director

Chris started his career at the prestigious JS Waterman & Sons in Kenmore Square Boston in 1992 where he served his internship, gaining invaluable experience serving a diverse and multi-cultural community at the busy, metropolitan funeral home.  Studying under Kenneth F. Bennett, Joseph F. Allen and other noted Funeral Directors of the day he was first exposed to traditional, Chinese Rite/ Buddhist funeral ceremonies. His passion and desire to be “of Service” to families who place their trust and confidence in him during life’s most difficult of times has led him to excel as a Funeral Director and to be respected by his peers in the industry.

Before merging with Lydon Chapel, Chris was a long-time Funeral Director and partner at Hamel, Wickens & Troupe Funeral Home, eventually buying the firm from the Hamel family.  He looks forward to serving the many and changing needs of the community in the years ahead, all while embracing the heritage created by the Lydon, Hamel, Wickens & Troupe families of the past.
